• Monthly team meetings take place to discuss environmental initiatives onsite
• The company is looking to recycle its egg shell waste via an AD facility and also turn egg shells into plastic via Leicester University.  This would help Just Egg Chilled Foods reach 95% landfill diversion by the end of 2012.
